• The role is for project manager in Chennai.
• The candidate is responsible for
• Managing the end to end delivery of project delivery
• Developing the project plan
• Managing the project stakeholders
• Managing the project team
• Managing the project risk and issues
• Managing the project schedule
• Managing the project conflicts
• Liaise with PCG Projects to help drive out data sourcing and functional requirements
• Provide management reports
• The candidate should ensure that team is following SDLC process using agile.

• Managing the end to end delivery of project delivery

What We Re Looking For

• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
• Direct work experience in project management capacity
• Proven experience in people management
• Proven experience in strategic planning
• Proven experience in risk management
• Proven experience in change management
• Proficient in project management software ( Microsoft products) as well as Agile project management software ( JIRA, Agile Central)

Skills That Will Help You In The Role

• Good understanding of investment banking, and the industry sector
• Good understanding of front to back finance and operational process flows
• Understanding of Agile SDLC concepts; Understanding of Scrum/Kanban Agile SDLC methodology
• Exposure to agile software development using tools like Rally, GenJIRA.

Where will you be working?

• Pune

All Pune based roles will eventually start to move to this new campus starting September 2019.
