Your Responsibilities –

Lead and manage projects and project deliverables by taking end-to-end bottom line responsibility
Participate and ensure proposal, estimation and scope for a project is complete. Schedule assignments, monitor, review, and report project status.
Build the project team. Take complete ownership of people and their performance management in the project.
Maintain detailed project plan to track progress
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks by identifying and escalating critical issues in timely manner
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Keep team apprised via project plans, meetings and discussion minutes of project tasks identified, tasks to be completed, and work not completed.
Identify resource needs and competencies
Raise concerns timely to leadership regarding mismatch on required project team member's competencies

Desired Skills and Experience –

Bachelor’s degree with proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector
Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Industry
Strong Project Management skills with minimum 5+ years of experience working as a PM
Experience in .Net Core 2.x +, ASP.Net MVC, WebAPI and Razor
Familiarity with the client side framework jQuery, Angular, React, TypeScript and others
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Solid knowledge of Project Management methodologies, techniques and tools (MS Projects, Gantt Charts etc.)
Demonstrable project management skills, including influencing, communications and tracking skills, and planning and organization
PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus
Excellent people management and leadership experience, with a proven ability to motivate and lead multi-disciplined teams
A strong eye for detail and keen focus on results, with a flexible can-do approach
Decision- making and problem- solving skills
A willingness to upskill in new technologies and grow teams.
