Project Manager (Operations) recruitment in IIM Lucknow
Candidate Prerequisites/Mandatory Skills: Bachelor’s / Master’s (Graduate) degree in AYUSH / Master of Hospital Administration will have preference) with a total experience of at least 3+ years with at least 2 years in running operations of clinics / hospitals etc. Leadership qualities, good communication skills and structured way of working. Good understanding of operations and project management . Experience in Vendor Management and Partner Management .
Software Savvy Responsibilities for the Position: Create and Implement Project Plans for healthcare related projects .Identify Risks, Quantify Risks and Create Risk Mitigation Plans.Inventory Management of Medicines . Track Project Management KPI’s. Draw upon resources through excellent networking in the healthcare domain .Excellent research, communication and presentation skills. Clear, concise business communication style with attention to details. Partner with a diverse set of individuals, organizations, and suppliers to act as a single point of contact for assigned administrative office programs, processes, and services. Provides support services for Workplace, HR, Technology, Finance and Partners to assure excellence in service delivery and experiences for the local team .Remuneration: Competitive Salary package with good incentives . Extra- ordinary candidate may be offered equity in the start- up.
