This role is responsible for building a capable sales and marketing team, developing a clear sales strategy, and enhancing market presence and client relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Team Building & Leadership-
Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.

Provide leadership, motivation, and training to team members to achieve sales targets.

Define team roles, responsibilities, and KPIs aligned with company goals.

Develop and implement sales plans to promote company products and increase revenue.

Set clear short-term and long-term sales goals and monitor progress.
