Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control.
Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track action items.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and project management methodologies.
Drive continuous process improvement and implement best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–8+ years of project management experience (depending on role level).
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Trello, or Monday.com.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certification.
Experience managing cross-functional or global teams.
Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
Industry-specific experience (IT, Construction, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.) is a plus.
