Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Microwave (MW) transmission networks to lead end-to-end telecom deployment projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, implementation, stakeholder management, resource allocation, and timely delivery of Microwave and related transmission projects while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of Microwave (MW) deployment and transmission projects.
Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate with customers, OEMs, subcontractors, and internal teams for successful project execution.
Oversee site survey, installation, integration, commissioning, and acceptance of Microwave links.
Ensure implementation complies with customer specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Track project progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
Monitor resource planning including manpower, vehicles, tools, and materials.
Review project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to management and customers.
Ensure timely submission of project documentation, ATP, PAC/FAC, and customer acceptance reports.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, RF, Transmission, and NOC teams for smooth project execution.
Drive continuous process improvement and ensure adherence to SLA and KPI targets.
Required Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Microwave (MW) transmission technologies.
Hands-on experience in installation, integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MW equipment.
Knowledge of IP/MPLS, Ethernet, VLAN, TCP/IP, routing, and transmission networks.
Experience with OEMs such as Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Ceragon, NEC, Aviat, or SIAE.
Understanding of LOS survey, path engineering, antenna alignment, and link budget calculations.
Familiarity with OSS/NMS tools and performance monitoring.
Knowledge of project documentation, ATP, PAC, FAC, and customer acceptance processes.
