Job Profile :1.Review relevant literature, experience with primary data collection and processing 2.Formulate plans for operationalizing field activities with the project team, work closely with survey and other research partner institutions .3.Lead a small team of research assistants, working with them to draft protocols, draft research instruments, and prepare reports 4.Data analysis and the production of reports/briefs. 5.Strong verbal and written communication skills .6.Work closely with rural community based organizations .7.Work with stakeholders at rural, academics, corporate and government levels
