Essential Qualifications & Experience: PhD MTech/ME/MS/MDes or equivalent degree with minimum 4 years relevant experience BTech/BE/MA/MSc/MCA/MBA or equivalent degree with minimum 6 years relevant experience

Desirable: Applicant should have a minimum 1 year experience in design, fabrication and development of high efficiency solar cells. Must possess hands-on skills in fabrication of silicon solar cells or semiconductor devices and have experience in material characterization.

Pay Details: Level O2: salary range from Rs.50000 to Rs 70000 + Rs.6000.00/- Out Of Campus Allowance (if applicable) p.m.
