EXPERIENCE FROM BUILDING MATERIAL, UPVC DOOR, WINDOW INDUSTRY
MIN. EXP 3 YRS TO 8 YRS
ONLY MALE CANDIDATES
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project-Based Sales Development:
-
Identify and pursue potential projects in residential, commercial, and institutional construction segments.

Approach and pitch UPVC window and door systems to builders, real estate developers, architects, and contractors.
-
Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions based on specifications, technical feasibility, and budget.
2. Stakeholder Relationship Management:
-
Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, civil engineers, MEP consultants, PMC agencies, interior designers, and procurement heads.

Regularly visit construction sites, architect offices, and builder premises to promote product offerings and stay updated on ongoing and upcoming projects.

Ensure top-of-mind recall of the brand by providing brochures, product samples, technical support, and timely follow-ups.
3. Sales Target Achievement:

Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the sales manager or regional head.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and potential clients in the CRM system.

Track project life cycles – from initiation and design approvals to execution and handover – and ensure timely order conversions.
4. Product Presentation and Demonstration:
-
Conduct technical presentations and product demos at client locations or exhibitions.
-
Explain product features, energy efficiency benefits, material durability, noise reduction capabilities, etc., to decision-makers.

Provide inputs to clients on installation processes, customization options, and after-sales support.
5. Quotation & Commercial Negotiation:
-
Prepare customized quotations based on project size, location, product selection, and delivery timelines.

Negotiate pricing and payment terms in coordination with internal finance or commercial teams.
-
Coordinate sample submissions, BOQ support, and material approvals during pre-sales phases.
6. Market Intelligence and Reporting:
-
Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, new construction projects, and upcoming tenders.
-
Report field insights to the management to support product development and marketing strategies.

Maintain weekly visit reports, sales forecasts, and project tracking updates.
