Job Description
Requirements
· Proven experience as construction project manager
· Familiarity with construction/ project management software
· BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field will be an advantage
· PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage
· n-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
· Experience : 5-10 years in relevant industry
·
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
· Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
· Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
· Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
· Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
· Prepare, maintain and review purchasing records, produce management reports, track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders, approve bills for payment,
· Create spreadsheets with vendor & product or service comparisons of prospective suppliers to support management decisions
· Monitor and support returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims
