Must have 4 to 6 Years Experience in Tower Filed.

Diploma in Electrical or B.tech Electrical
1. General management of Site up gradation Activities

2. Productivity analysis and budgetary cost control

3. Conducted and scheduled training programs

4. Site wise technicians relation and technical supervision

5. Prepare schedule & sharing up gradation activities of various sites.

6. Estate management

7. Liaise with SME for commissioning their equipments.

8. Filing and complete paper works regarding works .Planning and scheduling site activities to ensure completion of the project within TAT and budgetary parameters and for optimizing resource utilization

9. Involved in preparing technical specification including BOM and cost-benefit analysis, resource and task scheduling, resource deployment and team meeting for reviewing progress of the project

10. Maintaining good public relation with higher officers in KSEB, SALES TAX , POLLUTION CONTROL Dpmt , FOREST Dpmt and other Govt. agencies

11. Arranging materials for various sites as per work order.
