Responsibilities and Duties:
Daily status updates to Project Teams and Installation Contractors
Preparation of Billing and supporting documents as and when required
Preparation of Indent and stock report
coordination with Project Teams and Installation Contractors
Mail communications to Department and suppliers.
General administration work
