Project Technical Assistant (Junior/Senior levels)  job recruitment in International Advanced Research Centre for Powder Metallurgy and New Materials (ARCI) on contract basis

Project Title  :  “Alternative Energy Materials and Systems”

No. of Posts  :  06

Qualification  :  Bachelor’s degree in Physical Sciences or three years Diploma in Mechanical/ Metallurgy/Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.

Desirable Experience :   Technical experience of 2 years or more in industry/R&D laboratories in any of the following areas will be an added advantage: 01. Lithium ion battery fabrication and battery plant operation including slurry preparation, fabrication of electrodes, calendaring, winding, welding, cell assembly, cell/battery testing and characterization. OR 02. Processing and characterization of Hard/ Soft magnetic materials for the application of motors/alternator for hybrid/ electric vehicles. OR 03. Fuel cell electrode preparation and electrolyser; stack assembly; handling high pressure gases, in the field of Hydrogen Technology.

Salary :  Rs.35,000-45,000/- (Approximate per month)

Age Limit :  Not exceeding 30 years

Mode of Selection :  Selection for the post of Project Technical Assistant will be through written test/trade or skill test for the short-listed candidates.
