Project title: “Understanding the phenotypic and genotypic variability in different clinically important blood group systems and its application in development of population specific red cell panel and rare donor registry”
Name of the post: Project Technician (Lab technician)
No. of post: One (Temporary)
Duration: Time bound for a period of 1 year (likely to continue beyond 1 year)
Essential Qualifications and Experience: (10+2) 12th pass in science subjects and i) two years diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or one year DMLT plus one year required experience in a recognized organization or two years field/laboratory experience* *attaching the obtained qualification certificate is mandatory
Desirable: B.Sc Blood Banking/Life Sciences/ Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology with DMLT.
Experience in Blood Bank laboratory with good exposure to immunohematology technique, phlebotomy, prior work experience, having experience in Computer application and Data Management.
