We are looking for smart, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to assist potential homebuyers during site visits. This role is perfect for MBA students who want hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and real estate advisory while earning attractive incentives.

- Assist customers during property site visits and provide insights based on their needs.
- Explain project features, pricing, and benefits to potential buyers.
- Educate customers on the property-buying process and address their queries.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with telecallers to manage and confirm site visits.
- ₹300 per visit on weekends (90 minutes per visit)
- ₹500 per visit on weekdays (90 minutes per visit)
- Earn up to ₹2,500 per day (up to 5 visits based on availability)
- ₹3,000 bonus per successful homebuyer conversion
- Full training provided, including customer handling, SOPs, and sales techniques.
- A qualifying test will be conducted post-training. Candidates who pass will be selected.
- Top performers can transition into full-time roles within three months.
- MBA students or fresh graduates interested in real estate sales & marketing.
- Strong communication & persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
- Willingness to travel for site visits (own vehicle is a plus).
- Flexible availability, primarily on weekends.
