Designation: Property Management
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Work on operational efficiency, profitability, and tenant satisfaction
2. Ensure the smooth functioning of the property and deal with all tenant problems
3. Train all the staff in proper service and etiquette & deal with all potential security issues
4. Manage property maintenance and appearances
Who can apply:
1. Team leader
2. Good communication skills.
3. Good interpersonal and customer service
4. Should have outstanding problem-solving capacity
5. Must be able to deal politely and efficiently with guests/tenants to make sure that they are satisfied with the service
6. Good supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team
7. Can work under pressure particularly when tenants have complaints
8. Bachelor's in hotel management (freshers or prior experience will be an added advantage)
Location: Hyderabad & Pune
