Property Management Jobs Opening in Tarang Sanghi - Project Eagle at Jaipur
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop best practices for how a workspace should function
2. Ensure that facilities meet company, environmental, health, and security standards
3. Manage the upkeep of equipment, supplies, and all installations (telecommunications, WiFi, heat, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity, etc.)
4. Plan best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, equipment, or re-organizing of current premises
5. Deal with emergency issues that arise like first-aid, hazards, etc.
6. Do end-to-end, order management, ordering, order tracking, and quality-check on delivery
7. Manage refund & replacement process including customer care interactions, and coordinating with the finance department
8. Design, plan & implement sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing strategies, and get quotations
9. Conduct inspections, managing repairs, and renovations, coordinating with outside vendors, and assisting with event planning and execution
10. Check that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies
11. Create pricing and feature comparison sheets
