Job Description

Manage all day to day work in property and maintain records of tenants who are staying in Property. Rent collection, client visits, all things need to maintain. Person need to maintain Data of tenants, room visits for new clients, resolve query from tenants and clients.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Property Manager specializing in tenant rent collection to oversee rental payments, maintain positive tenant relationships, and ensure timely rent collection. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking payments, handling late rent issues, enforcing lease agreements, and coordinating with tenants and property owners.

If you have strong communication skills, financial acumen, and experience in property management, this role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a smooth-running rental business.

Key Responsibilities:

Rent Collection & Financial Management:
  • Collect monthly rent payments from tenants via online platforms, checks, or cash.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant payments, late fees, and outstanding balances.
  • Follow up on delayed payments, send reminders, and apply late fees as per lease agreements.
  • Work with tenants to resolve payment issues and offer structured payment plans when necessary.
  • Generate rental income reports and financial statements for property owners.
Tenant Relations & Lease Enforcement:
  • Address tenant concerns regarding rent payments and lease agreements.
  • Enforce rental policies and lease terms, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
  • Issue notices for late payments, eviction warnings, or lease violations when required.
  • Conduct periodic tenant meetings or check-ins to maintain good relationships.
Property & Legal Compliance:
  • Stay updated on local rental laws and regulations related to rent collection and tenant rights.
  • Coordinate with legal teams for eviction procedures if needed.
  • Maintain records of tenant correspondence, payment history, and lease agreements.
Coordination with Property Owners & Management Teams:
  • Provide regular updates to landlords/property owners on rental income and tenant payment status.
  • Recommend rent adjustments based on market trends and tenant demand.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure a well-maintained property, which encourages timely rent payments.
