Job Description Of Property Supervisor

Eligibility:

Local candidates from Goa is preferred.

Salary to be decided based on Experience.

English is compulsory

Duties and Responsibility:

1. Establish standards for customer services-greeting and assisting guests.

2. Communicate entire policies and procedures to guest and standard operating procedure to staff members

3. Organize, coordinate and supervise- operations and people and hire staffs when needed

4. Check supplies and equipment and check the quality and quantity too.

5. Manage budgets by getting expenditures approved and reviewing financial reports that the expenditures are within the budget guidelines.

6. Ensure adherence to legal health and safety guideline and procedures.

7. Making reports and keeping and updating records and documents.

8. Conducting regular inspection and coordinating repair and maintenance activities
