Job Description
- Property Surveyor should identify property for Commercial/Residential/Hotels/Warehousing Business ad fetch all the necessary details of the property.
- Prepare and maintain an excel of properties surveyed and classify them Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
- Understand the legal deeds and titles at an entry level at least Other necessary task as assigned by reporting manager.
- Candidate must have their own bike.
- Have to travel & click pictures of properties and keep building database folder.
- Have to search for new properties Should have good knowledge of operating mobile app/Google maps.
- Must have experience working for real estate company.
- Coordiante with the landlord and maintain coordial relationships.
