Roles And Responsibilities
Proposal Coordination
- Work directly with Director- Presales and Solution to top quality proposals for US public sector agencies.
 - Write clear, persuasive, and articulate proposal sections; translate technical and other ideas into easily understandable text; rewrite and review proposal sections and related proposal documents.
 - Collaborate with Serigor technical writer and SMEs to develop proposal sections that clearly articulate the team's overall solution and strategy, approach to performing the work, win themes, and discriminators.
 - Synthesize text and ideas from multiple authors, including SMEs and consultants; Compile information for each section and edit language to ensure one voice. Edit for consistency, clarity, grammar, and syntax, and compile with client requirements.
 - Develop oral presentation slides, if needed, consistent with proposal volumes and RFP instructions.
 - Identify, resolve, mitigate, and escalate gaps and risks to proposal management and operations leadership.
 - Support proposal development by leading the writing of non technical sections like past performance that are comprehensible, organized, succinct, persuasive, compliant and meet internal and external deadlines.
 - Manage multiple proposals and projects at a time, prioritizing appropriately to meet strict deadlines.
 - Support the execution of the proposal development lifecycle and actively participating in all activities.
 - Thoroughly reviewing all proposal response volumes and sections (technical, management, past performance, resumes, etc.) for compliance, grammar, spelling, and tone of voice.
 - Actively participating in daily opportunity and weekly pipeline review meetings.
 
- Work directly with Director '“ Presales and Solution to set up the partnerships and alliances with the strategic IT solution and product providers.
 - Help develop the network of partnerships and alliances by initiating, structuring, and negotiating to drive revenue growth for the organisation.
 - Conceptualize, execute and develop strategic alliances with established corporates and new age start-ups that will help us enhance our service offerings and close rate.
 - Reaching out to existing and/or new partners to pursue new business opportunities.
 - Strategize the development and management of key relationships and alliances, including outreach, communications and retention.
 - Build new services offerings by establishing strategic partnership with partners and affiliates.
 
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/English/Communications, Journalism.
 - 3+ years of experience in writing proposals, marketing materials, or publications.
 - 1+ years of vendor management experience/U.S. business development experience.
 - Excellent written, verbal, analytical, presentation, and communications skills.
 - Previous experience developing content for proposals.
 - Possesses a mastery of language, including superior grammar skills and the ability to write succinctly and condense complex ideas into simple means.
 - Strong attention to detail and ability to grasp and communicate complex ideas easily.
 - Excellent planning and organization skills; ability work independently or with minimum oversight.
 - Ability to manage several tasks at once, including participating in multiple proposal or writing projects simultaneously, while meeting tight deadlines.
 - Expert with MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 - Familiarity with business opportunity tracking tools/portals such as CATS+, GovWin, FBO.gov is desired.
