Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Trainer to provide training to Persons with Disabilities (PwD) preparing for pre-recruitment competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should have strong teaching and communication skills, good technical knowledge, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct training sessions for PwD candidates preparing for pre-recruitment competitive exams.

Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit different disabilities and learning abilities.

Explain concepts clearly using simple, structured, and engaging teaching techniques.

Prepare lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and practice tests.

Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and motivation.

Handle students with patience, sensitivity, and professionalism.

Use computers and digital tools effectively for teaching and record-keeping.

Maintain attendance, performance records, and reports using MS Office tools.

Experience in teaching or training students for competitive / pre-recruitment exams.

Prior experience working with PwD candidates or inclusive classrooms is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong teaching and classroom management skills.

Good technical knowledge of relevant subjects.

Proficient in computer applications, including:

MS Word

MS Excel
-
MS PowerPoint
-
Email and internet usage

Patient, empathetic, and student-focused approach.

Graduation or post-graduation in a relevant field.

Training or certification in special education / inclusive education is an added advantage.
