Job Title: PSR / RMD (Primary Sales Representative / Rural Market Developer)
Location: West Bengal
Salary: Up to ₹13,000 per month + Incentives
Gender: Male Only
Age Limit: Maximum 29 Years
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Minimum HS (Higher Secondary) Pass with valid documents; Graduates preferred.
Experience: Candidates with field sales experience will be given preference.
Local Candidates Preferred: Knowledge of the local market is essential.
Transport Requirement: Must own a cycle or bike for field travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular market visits in rural areas to promote and sell company products.
Develop strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Ensure product visibility, stock availability, and proper merchandising at outlets.
Achieve assigned sales targets and report daily performance to the reporting manager.
Gather market intelligence and share customer feedback for continuous improvement.
