Public Relations Officer / Client Coordinator
A well-established law firm, founded in 1980, is seeking a Public Relations Officer/Client Coordinator. The ideal candidate, regardless of gender, should be above 50 years of age, in good health, well-presented, and possess strong English communication skills. The salary ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month, along with additional benefits. Interested candidates may send their CV to us.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Coordination

Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the company.

Understand client needs and communicate them effectively to internal teams.

Schedule and manage client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.

Ensure timely delivery of services, reports, updates, or solutions as per client expectations.

Provide ongoing support and resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.
2. Public Relations & Communication

Assist in planning and executing public relations campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Draft press releases, company profiles, media briefs, newsletters, and announcements.

Manage communication with media houses, influencers, bloggers, and industry stakeholders.

Represent the company in events, exhibitions, or networking meetups when required.

Maintain a positive public image for the company across all communication channels.
3. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain records of client communications, agreements, and feedback.

Prepare weekly or monthly reports on client engagement, PR performance, or lead status.

Support the creation of presentations, proposals, and documentation for meetings.
4. Social Media & Digital PR (if applicable)

Coordinate with the digital marketing team to align PR efforts with online strategies.

Monitor social media mentions, online reviews, and public feedback.

Engage with followers, clients, and prospects professionally on social platforms.
5. Event and Campaign Support

Assist in organizing promotional events, press conferences, client briefings, or product launches.

Coordinate logistics, guest lists, media invites, and event follow-up.

Ensure client satisfaction during and after events by collecting feedback and ensuring follow-through.
