Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
Ability to lead a small team and delegate to team members
Ability to manage multiple projects & priorities simultaneously
Need to go to doctors and convince them to refer our centre.
Need to visit at least 15 doctors per day
Daily reporting to upper management about visits.
Need to keep numbers of drivers to coordinate with them during any emergency case or anything else to call them for patients etc.
Need to solve market problems related to our centre.
Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications.
Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites.
Understanding the product and customer profile and write thorough speech for each.
Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion.
To plan various activities as per the phasewise Marketing Strategic plans
Monitoring performance.
Need to visit all the hospitals or doctors of the city.
