Job Description :

To Ensure that they are available during day time in the patients area of the pharmacy
They should receive the prescription and ask for their dosage requirement
They pass the prescritption to the pharmacist in the billing area.
If there is a delay in issuing medicines they explain the customer why there is a delay and ask them to wait for some time in the patient area.
If possible they converse in the language the customer are familiar with
Interact with the customer during the waiting period
Communication, Counseling, Should be fluent in Hindi, Tamil, English
Should be ready to join immediately If Selected.
Salary is not a constraint for right candidates
