  • Meeting and coordinating with referring doctors, clinics & hospitals

  • Handling doctor visit schedules and maintaining rapport with consultants

  • Managing patient enquiries, guiding visitors & assisting at reception when needed

  • Coordinating with pharmacy, lab, and nursing team for seamless patient flow

  • Supporting appointment booking & follow-up calls

  • Arranging home pickup/ambulance support when required

  • Maintaining daily reporting of patient counts, referrals & external calls

  • Managing hospital-related administrative tasks, bills & vendor support
