Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic fresher to join our Public Relations team. As a Public Relations Officer, you will support in enhancing the company’s brand image, managing communication between the organization and the public, and assisting in PR campaigns and media relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting press releases, newsletters, and PR articles.
Support in building and maintaining positive relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
Help coordinate and organize PR events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports.
Assist in developing content for the company’s website, social media, and other communication platforms.
Conduct market and competitor research to support PR strategies.
Maintain and update media lists, databases, and PR materials.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, branding, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Creativity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship experience in PR, media, communications, or related fields.
Knowledge of media monitoring tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
