Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
Receive the Stock and verification in warehouse
Dealing with suppliers
Preparation of Purchase Order
Working on Tally and Quick books
Prepare Labeling for the products to be exported
Maintains Petty Cas
Day to day files to update/excels and registers
Working on our companies’ inventory software
Data Entry work as for the order received from Ireland and the Netherlands
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Must have working knowledge on MS Office, Excel Sheets, mailing
Must have knowledge in Tally and other accounting software like Quick-books
Must and should have minimum 1-3 Years of experience in Purchase and Accounts related work
Must and should have good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to communicate in English, Hindi and Telugu
Must be Graduate / Post Graduate with good academic backgrounds
