Job Description
Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery time and service.
Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure procurement activities comply with company policies.
Collect quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize terms with vendors.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project/site teams to forecast material requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies.
Maintain and update supplier database, purchase records, and price lists.
Coordinate with finance department to ensure timely processing of supplier payments.
To Raise the Purchase Order
GRN Entry after material delivery
Weekly vendor payment follow up
Labour Work Order
Autocad Drawing (if required etc. )
Skills and Competencies

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Good understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and materials.
