• Scheduling and procuring materials to meet customer OTD.
• Supplier works visit for capacity study and close follow up of material for smooth
running of production line.
• Following development plan like - APQP time plan, supplier follow up.
• To timely issue of Purchase order to vendors based on SAP for Parts, Pattern
and Tooling.
• Developing new and maintaining current suppliers in accordance with global
commodity strategy to ensure supply continuity and yearly cost saving target.
• Finding out potential suppliers for new projects, Evaluate the suppliers for the
suitability, locating best cost supplier, negotiation for the price and terms.
• Experience in using ERP systems (SAP)
• Excellent negotiation & communication skills.
• Experience in sourcing Raw Materials like special grade Aluminum, Stainless
Steel, MS.
• Timely follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time receipt for assembly.
• Handle supplier related issues.
• Control inventory at targeted levels.
