Position: Purchase Engineer

Overview:

The Purchase Engineer plays a crucial role in sourcing technical equipment and materials, ensuring that they meet project requirements and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyse technical specifications and supplier capabilities to ensure alignment with project needs.

2. Develop and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate terms and prices.

3. Review and approve technical drawings and designs from suppliers.

4. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand project requirements.

5. Conduct cost analysis and ensure compliance with quality standards.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Familiarity with material specifications used in engineering projects.
