Job Summary :
Coordinates activities involved with procuring good and services such as raw material, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, and advertising for organization by performing following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities :
· Analyze customer inquiries and prepare accurate and timely quotations.
· Ensures that all quotations comply with company pricing and discount policies.
· Create purchase orders from requisitions.
· Proficient in using software programmes like MS – Office tools such as Exel , Word, etc.
· Maintains procurement records such as items of services purchased , cost, delivery, products quality or performance and inventories
· Process receipts and invoices for payment
Skills Required :
· Build strong negotiation skills.
· Build relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and internal team.
· Analyzing data, market trends, and supplier’s performance to make informed decisions.
