Job description

Sound knowledge in Manufacturing & machining industry store & purchase management as per the sop.
Responsible for the Procurement of A, B & C class material required for the production.
Taking timely follow up for open POs with supplier to maintain uninterrupted flow of material.
Responsible for send back the sheet out material for reprocessing.
Responsible for inward materials.
Procurement of quality materials.
Material Budgeting and conducting operations within the budget
Maintain standards, systems and procedures in stores and procurement.
Set up systems and procedures in stores and purchasing function.
Compliance of requirements of QMS, EMS and IRIS in the Stores/Procurement function & maintenance of relevant records.
Coordinate with Accounts for payments to vendors/suppliers
Handling material defects or discrepancies in deliveries
Implement measures in procurement function towards continuous improvement

QUALIFICATION: ANY DEGREE

EXPERIENCE : 0-10 YEARS

SALARY : NEGOTIABLE
