1. Required a result oriented professional with over 7-8 Years of Experience in Turnkey Contract for Supply, Erection, Testing And Commissioning of Electrical Work.
2. Experience in Turnkey Industrial, Commercial and High Rise residential building MEP work.
3. Good knowledge of assessing requirement for plant expansion / up gradation projects.
4. Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M Expenditures and work within the budget.
5. Acquired understanding of Project Management and Site Execution while working on different projects.
6. Proficient in material procurement & purchase planning, ensuring continuous supply at optimum costs.
7. An effective communicator with excellent skills in building relationships, possesses strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
8. Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution; involving finalization of technical specifications, inventory control, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management and manpower planning.
9. Handling activities involving working out various requirements and monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion; monitoring the activity at sites, ensuring cost control within budget, planning for cash flow requirements, etc.
10. Analyzing technical drawings, interpreting specifications, and determining the electrical requirements of a given project.
11.Liaising with other engineers and clients to ensure overall customer satisfaction & Managing and monitoring all assigned electrical projects.
12.Ensuring health and safety codes are obeyed at all times.
13.Completing quality assurance on all electrical components and projects, and writing up reports.
14.Using CAD software to draft designs.
15.Analyzing and approving various construction and engineering plans.
16.Diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment.
17.Ensuring all deadlines and budgetary requirements are met.
18.Keeping abreast of the latest developments in electrical engineering.
Required Qualification: -
BE/M-TECH/ME-Electrical
(1 to 3 Years of Experience)
Diploma in Electrical (1 to 5 Years of Experience)
Knowledge of Computer, MS Office and Autocad-Electrical
Salary no bar for right candidate.
