The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services required by the organization, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time
Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
Track orders and ensure on-time delivery of materials
Coordinate with stores, production, and finance departments
Maintain purchase records, invoices, and supplier databases
Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstocking
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
