Primary Roles Responsibilities

• Must have experience in Purchase of Hardware’s & software’s and Record Management
• Maintain records of goods/materials ordered and received Request
• quotes and compare prices to get the minimum purchase price
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders
• Examine and review products and supplies
• to ensure quality Review purchase orders for conformance to company policy
• Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time
• Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies
• Analyze potential vendors and suppliers for future project needs
• Develop, implement and maintain purchase policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters
• Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
