Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase & Project Executive to manage purchasing activities and support project execution. The candidate will coordinate with suppliers, vendors, production, stores, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities – Purchase

• Handle day-to-day purchase activities for raw materials, components, and project requirements.
• Identify and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Collect quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders as per company requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, Accounts, and other departments.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, and related documentation.
• Ensure materials are purchased as per required quality, quantity, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities – Project

• Assist in planning and execution of ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, purchase, and dispatch teams.
• Monitor project material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on project timelines and ensure activities are completed on schedule.
• Prepare project-related reports and maintain documentation.
• Visit project sites when required.
• Communicate project updates to management and concerned departments.
• Identify delays or material-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of purchase and vendor management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and drawings is an advantage.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Strong planning and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Candidates from a manufacturing/engineering background will be preferred.
