We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective purchasing of goods and materials. 1. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for quality products at the best price.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

2. Cost Management & Budgeting
- Monitor purchasing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Reduce expenses without compromising quality and efficiency.
3. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Work with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Ensure timely deliveries and resolve logistics or supply chain issues.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Handle import/export documentation if required.
5. Process Improvement & Reporting
- Implement best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
- Regularly review purchase processes for efficiency improvements.
- Prepare and present purchase reports and cost analyses to management.
