WE HAVE IMMEDIATE VACANCIES IN PURCHASE MANGER / STORE INCHARGE/WAREHOUSE INCHARGE ROLE.

Role Requirements: -

• Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
• Research potential vendors and negotiate prices for all type of indirect materials like inserts, toolings, maintenance spares, packing materials, lubricants. Etc.,
• Responsible for leading the solution for supplier component concerns, driving Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP),
• Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), supplier development and supplier cost improvements
• Identification of all requirements in requisition for purchase issued by the requester
  Receiving the price quotations. (competitive quotes)
• Reiterate with designers and suppliers for finalization of quantity and quality.
• Establish delivery terms, time and stages of inspection for the supply
• Ensure that all potential suppliers are provided with identical information upon which the
  quotations are given equal opportunity to meet the desired requirements.
• Keep accurate records to justify the process and any other related decisions made in this
  regard
• Handle Delivery and inspection of items. Assist in Insurance claims, if any.
• Storage and handling on site, prior to use, during installation and commissioning and
  closure of any surplus/defective materials.
• Report on budget versus Actual performance on project-wise basis
• Cost Savings, Localization, Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) support
• MAINTAIN DISPATCH ALS0
