Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and skilled Purifier Technician to join our team. As a Purifier Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper Installation and maintenance of water purifiers installed at our customers' locations. You will receive comprehensive training and support to carry out your responsibilities effectively.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair water purifiers at customers' premises.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve any issues with purifier performance.
Educate customers on the proper usage and maintenance of purifiers.
Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot technical problems.
Keep accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts inventory.
Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in the maintenance or repair of water purifiers preferred but not required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
