Role Summary
As an Python AI/ML Developer, you will design, build, and deploy intelligent systems using Python, FastAPI,
Prompt Engineering. Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies. The role focuses on developing
scalable AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
pipelines, and modern AI frameworks, while collaborating closely with product, UI, and DevOps teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI features using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Implement end-to-end RAG workflows including embeddings, vector search, reranking, and
response grounding.
Build scalable backend services and APIs to support AI-powered applications.
Develop and integrate AI agents, tools, and orchestration workflows.
Implement safety mechanisms such as guardrails, PII handling, and content moderation.
Define and track evaluation metrics related to quality, latency, and cost.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sprint commitments.
Follow best practices in CI/CD, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have Skills
Strong backend development experience in Python , Fast API, Prompt Engineering (expertise in
at least one).
Hands-on experience building AI/ML and Generative AI workflows.
Practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG pipelines, agents, and tools.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and vector databases.
Understanding of cloud fundamentals (Azure preferred).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and testing practices.
