Job Description

FRESHER Vacancy for B.E/B.Tech Engineering Graduates in MNC Sector.
VACANCY FOR GRADUATE ENGINEERING FRESHERS IN MNC PROFILE.

LOCATION: PUNE.
QUALIFICATION: B.E OR B.TECH WITH 70% PLUS AGGREGATE.B.E/B.Tech 2024-25 ENGINEERING GRADUATE FRESHERS PREFERRED. (COMPUTER SCIENCE/IT BRANCH PREFERRED.)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications and systems.
Write clean, reusable, and efficient code for various backend and full-stack projects.
Develop and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integrations using Python.
Participate in the development and maintenance of databases, including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) systems.
Work with the team to build server-side logic and functionality to handle user requests and data processing.
Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure high-quality, bug-free code.

2. Collaboration and Problem Solving

Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement features.
Identify, troubleshoot, and debug issues in both production and development environments.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, standards, and best practices.
Work closely with DevOps to deploy applications and maintain scalable infrastructure.
Ensure that applications are optimized for performance and scalability.

3. System Architecture and Design

Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable and robust software systems.
Review technical specifications and determine the best approach for implementing features.
Participate in the planning and designing of new features and platforms based on business requirements.
Evaluate and suggest new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and product quality.

4. Continuous Improvement

Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Python and software development.
Identify areas for improvement in existing code, architectures, and development processes.
Continuously improve the development lifecycle and advocate for best practices in coding, testing, and software delivery.
Maintain and update project documentation and technical specifications.

5. Security and Compliance

Write secure code by following the latest security protocols and practices.
Participate in the review of system vulnerabilities and help implement fixes to ensure data protection and system integrity.
Adhere to company policies and standards for data privacy and regulatory compliance.
