Job Description
Establishment of WPS, PQR & WQT as per Section ( IX ) Visual inspection of welding as per approved procedure
Radiography film interpretation and weld evaluation as per approved procedure. MPT interpretation & weld evaluation
PT interpretation & weld evaluation
Inspection of thermocouples attachment & PWHT monitoring
Hydro-test, Vaccum Box Test & Pneumatic-Test inspection as per approved procedure.
NDE, Spools, Loops, Test Pack Clearance & Documentation Maintaining Mechanical clearance.
Blasting, painting & coating as per approved procedure. Taking permit in ISBL & OSBL area for cold & hot work.
Incoming material inspection & co-relation with test certificate.
