Your role:
▪ Understanding the product. As a tester, it's very crucial for you to understand the entire product and how everything affects each other. 
▪ Your first job will be to understand product workflow, customer experience, back end and everything in between.▪ Your main role will be to thoroughly test the functionalities your colleagues have developed and ensure its working as it's supposed to be. See how its affecting other functionalities through all possible scenarios.▪ Iron out any bugs and improve the quality of the finished product.▪ You are the gatekeeper and you are trusted for quality. You cannot compromise on it.▪ Working as a team on internal issues and deliver successful applications and products.▪ Be a brave tester; ask questions, take part in discussions, seek clarification, make efforts to deliver the best, and shine. Be accountable. Stand by your work. Keep learning, progressing & taking on bigger challenges.
