Job Description
- Ensure to Conduct Inspection Tests & Analysis of the Quality of All Raw Material, RO Water, Pest Control, legal metrology, finished bakery Products & Packing Material.
- Responsible to Design, Implementation of SOP’s & Adherence to ISO Norms and documentation.
- Ensure Maintain guidelines for unit Hygiene, Cleanliness & Sanitation Practices.
- Strive towards Continual improvement (or) refinement for Quality Standards / Policies/ Practices.
- Identify the competency levels of Quality Staff & Extend Training Program as per the schedule.
- Monitor, maintain & update accurate data on time without any deviations.
- Execute & Review all Statutory Audits and Compliances
- Responsible to send Timely MIS.
- Responsible for Budgetary & Cost Controls.
- Ensure Safety, Discipline, Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Effective manpower planning utilization of manpower
- EOD report has to summit to Management without fail.
