The QA/QC Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all products, services, and processes meet the company’s quality standards. This role involves monitoring, testing, inspecting, and reporting to maintain consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities
Perform quality checks on software, data, or processes as per defined standards.
Document and report defects, inconsistencies, and errors to the development/production team.
Assist in creating and updating quality control procedures.
Conduct manual and automated testing (if applicable).
Ensure compliance with internal and client-specific quality guidelines.
Coordinate with project managers and team members to resolve quality issues.
Maintain quality reports and inspection logs.
Support process improvement initiatives.

Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Tech/BCA/MCA preferred for IT roles).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Basic understanding of QA/QC processes and tools.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
