1.  Should have Knowledge on testing experience in automation using selenium. 

2.  Knowledge on developing automation scripts with good understanding on Core Java                    

3.  Writing scripts, executing test cases and debugging. 

4.  Good knowledge on Selenium suite of Tools (Selenium IDE, Selenium RC, Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid) 

5.  Good knowledge on Element Locators, Selenese Commands, WebDriver methods. 

6.  Idea on Test Automation Framework implementation
