Job Description:

The Technical Application Laboratory Technician will complete hands-on application work under direction of laboratory staff on projects for existing and new products entering the commercialization phase to support growth with our customers.
Complaint management (production &/or customer): Does technical testing and assessment of individual products via application testing and other analysis.
Collecting water from RO, Sump, Coolant, D.M, & Checking its PH & TDS, Silica & Total hardness.
Finalizing all products by checking its PH, Solids & Viscosity.
To check strength of PS Products, checking its force & GSM.
If required doing glass plate coating for PS & Lamination products.
BOPP Coating with chart paper coating is done for Lamination products.
Before starting a new batch in Production or plant, a trial batch has been done in lab reactor.
Preparing samples & new trials for customers
Checking competitive sample & start preparing new trials
Updating al product details in the system
Maintaining records for all product details.
Preparing Test Report (or) Certificate of analysis for products before dispatch.

KEY SKILLS:

Follow applicable HSEF procedures/ practices
Stay aware of environmental, site, statutory, IP regulations
Handle chemicals and tools as per safety norms
Ensure safe working conditions
Ensure good housekeeping
