QM Coordinator - L3 Job in For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd at Pune

Job Responsibilities:

1. Understanding of engineering Quality issues either coming from field or from internal testing . Accordingly prepare Problem definition sheet.
2. Q issue to be discussed with groups – analysis to be made in discussion with DQE – Asking of relevant questions and doubts. File to be maintained. He should have ability to give worthy suggestions.
3. In coordination with DQE , new project DFMEA to be made well as per schedule , failure modes to be discussed in the meeting – closure points to be followed up with teams and to be closed. New failure modes to be pointed out on own. Knowledge of mating part clearances , material strength is required.
4. Design guideline activity to be coordinated with groups , new DG to be followed up and closure to be ensured. Contribution to upgrade DG in form of new validation Tests , New CAE load cases is essential.
5.  Project Dashboards covering summary of New projects like Q issue , DVP , DRBFM , DFMEA VDRC to be made and to be prepared for top mgt. review.
6.  Happened and closed Quality issues – to be followed up for making Kaizans and learning to be transferred to Design Guidelines.
7.  Coordination of Horz deployment of Design principles arising from happened cases.
8.  CQA/ IB coordination for warranty issues – Understanding and collecting warranty trend analysis . Problem definition creation in pinpointed manner is respo.
9.  System learning coordination for happened issues.
10.  As per the need , to be taken part in field visits to understand field conditions along with horz engr / DQE. Summary report to be made.
11.  Preparation of important point summary arising out of DR , Q issue meetings , Warranty meetings and to be informed to all horz groups. for next meeting closures.
